The hotel was spotless with lovely and absolutely perfect location in the area that we were in and air-conditioned rooms

Got air conditioned, high standard room with a good selection of teas and bathroom and front garden.

The cosy double room I got was complete with a TV, good selection of tea, as for instance.

Newly decorated venue, good food, perfect location close to shops and restaurants. Very impressed with deluxe king room and well managed staff at replenishing it.

During our recent stay, we were pleased with the location, as it was close to a variety of great restaurants. Our room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the large bathroom and hot water. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast. the hotel offered useful leisure facilities that we had fun using.

The worn carpet in the room was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Everything was fab, incredibly attentive staff, DELIGHTFUL views to town. I was there for 1 night and ate at lobby restaurant for dinner-helpful staff throughout. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to the theatres and the interior design was modern. It was also near to Zagatto's bar / restaurant.

The hotel offers good hot meal in the morning with lukewarm and kippers first rate, for example. The rooms are a nice size with a very comfy queen size bed, everything is very good.

It was an elegant building, the room was very well decorated and well-equipped with comfortable beds.

We appreciated sleeping 1 night in this hotel. Everything was really good, the parking was on site, the room was spacious well appointed.

Decent, incredibly comfortable location in Royal Tunbridge Wells, just next door to a definite attraction as well as the restaurant professional and lovely. Early check-in, late check-out.

Nicely appointed and spotless place offers hot breakfast and magnificent location close enough to walk to the centre. The rooms are very well decorated and well-equipped and have wonderful views of the rear gardens. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly, they create cosy atmosphere. The service is exceptional, includes easy parking. The venue is in the centre of the town. And it's nestled in a very luxurious building close enough to the restaurant for breakfast, and the bars and restaurants of the Pantiles.
